In December 2021 I shared a short Indie Hackers update about the private beta for my second SaaS. This is a cleaned‑up version for my blog.
I previously wrote about selling my first SaaS. Now I’m sharing the early stage of the second one.

What I was building
Customer feedback is often messy. You get the “what,” but not the “why.” There isn’t enough structure, and you spend hours digging through conversations, reviews, and tickets just to find what really matters.
We wanted to solve that by identifying the most important customer issues and summarizing what people think and feel—in seconds, in plain English.
Imagine this: you ask a question, and you get a clear, human‑readable summary of your customers’ feedback in under two seconds.
If you’re using Intercom, Zendesk, Help Scout, or even just a CSV with reviews, I wanted to make the process faster and clearer.
What it took to get there
When I started the prototype, I knew very little about machine learning and AI. Over several months I learned new concepts, read a lot, wrote a ton of code, and spoke with early adopters (around 25 people). I also bought a course about getting the first customer to speed things up.
This wouldn’t have happened without Maciek, my friend and the main person behind the frontend. We worked together on the first SaaS too. Thanks, man.
If you want to help
If you’re a founder, customer support specialist, product owner, or project manager, I’d love to have you as a private beta tester.
